Wellness Center Clinical Case Coordinator (Position only available for Graduate Students)

Position Summary:
The Rollins Wellness Center seeks, energetic, self-motivated, compassionate individual who is able provide case coordination, case management duties along with wrap-around and crisis intervention services for clients.
 
The Clinical Case Coordinator Will:
  • Assess client needs and identify community resources to benefit the client.
  • Coordinates appropriate referrals to community agencies.
  • Coordinates with primary therapist to identify specific needs and case coordination.
  • Establish good working relationship with support networks, government resources, and community resources.
  • Identify, evaluate and develop partnerships with community resources.
  • Coordinate Crisis Response and referral as needed.
  • Evaluate services and resources for quality and client needs.
  • Determine the ideal course of action when assisting clients.
  • Create in person and virtual outreach programs and services to benefit clients and community.
  • Caring for the well-being of clients and helping a wide range of clients, including people with serious illnesses, addictions, disabilities or who have been neglected.
  • Organizing and influencing community and policymakers to develop programs, policies, and services to assist in social work
  • Maintains communication with on-campus and community partners.
  • Function as a professional staff member by attending staff meetings, providing leadership to peer educators and striving to enhance the scope and quality of our services.
  • Works as a team member in the delivery of services, maintaining close communication with supervisor, staff, other professionals, and agency and community resources.
  • Completes clear, concise required documentation.
  • Acts as a liaison between Rollins Wellness Center and community agencies.
  • Receive weekly one on one supervisions and a performance evaluation at the end of each semester.
  • Attend weekly case coordinator meeting
 
Anticipated Employment Dates: August 1, 2020 – May 31, 2021
Supervisor Name, Department: Renée Treviranus, Rollins Wellness Center  
Scheduled Hours: Individual is expected to maintain a 15 hours/week work schedule. Final schedule will be determined by individual and department needs.
Work Environment:
·       Office setting
·       Sitting for extended periods of time

 
Desired Qualifications/Special Skills:
·       Holds a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related field is required.
·       demonstrate unconditional positive regard for students.
·       have good time management and organizational skills.
·       be able and willing to work flexible hours.
·       work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students and the community.
·       have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education Requirement:
Candidates interested in this role must be actively enrolled (or incoming) in a graduate degree-seeking program in order to qualify for this position, and must remain actively enrolled in a graduate degree-seeking program for the duration of their employment in this position. Candidates attending institutions other than Rollins may apply.

Applicants that were formerly students of Rollins College are generally subject to a minimum of 5 years of time since last attending Rollins College.
